Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
If you need a style or size exchange, return the item(s) with a new order and a £2.00 exchange fee. All exchanges or returns for refund must been in new condition. Refunds or exchanges will not be processed if items are worn, soiled or chalked. Shipping charges are not refundable. No returns or refunds after 30 days. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from all cash refunds.
Please obtain free proof of postage or signed for delivery if returning an item, in case it gets lost in the post.
IMPORTANT: Returned items are at your risk should they become lost on their journey back to us.
